I wanted to build a few audio amplifiers to have on hand for future QRP projects. I went nuts and built a bunch. The design uses discrete BJTs, and is noticeably quieter than LM386 designs.

    Specs:
    V+ 6 to 15 volts, quiescent current <10 mA at 12v.
    50 mV @ 1K input gives 1.2V @ 8 ohm out (12V supply)
Very low distortion to about 200mW.
    Board 1x1.25 inches

10 available. Can install in/out/V+ leads if desired. Each unit has been tested and biased for 12 volt supply; you may specify a different V+. Will refund 100% if not up to specs; you pay shipping if you just don't like it. The board mounted pot in the picture is not a volume control.

$9 each shipped, $15 for two (stereo). KI6J (at) SOTAUSA. 842 dash 3211 in the 818 area code.
