Regulation by Bandwidth 2.0 for the 2%. Narrow Band Digital modes provide much enjoyment for many amateurs and that is magnificent. There are those who wish to expand data bandwidth by hook or by crook to satisfy a bewildering idea ham digital is cutting edge. I urge TAPR to eschew this movement toward encroaching on the phone allocations and come up with a plan to use the cw and data agreed areas most effeciently. It should account for mode use figures.
