That's what raincoats are for , or a swim suit ;)
I've been under the impression for a long time , that you only putup antennas in bad weather

    OP:
" Are Solar panels succeptable to strong RF ? "
    ...
    NO.
Solar panels will not be harmed by amateur legal RF exposure.
My 75 meter inverted V antenna runs parallel to the lower edge of 5000 watt PV array, and the wire antenna ends 7 feet from PV panel.
I regularly run 1500watts, simultaneous with the array pushing 4800 watts , no problems in either direction.

RUNNING TWO 100W RENOGY PANELS AND SUPPLIED CONTROLLER NEXT TO MY HF VERT AND RUNNING 100W
NO ISSUES WITH INTERFERRENCE OR ANYTHING ELSE.

Good to read that, Bill, my tower (27 ft), with Diamond WD-330, D-130J and X-50 is as well some 15 ft away (base), being the dipole, WD-330 closest (15 ft) to my array of 4x280Wp Luxen panels. Controller here MPP Solar PIP-3024HSE, no problem at all with RFI (Rx).

I use a Morningstar controller on my camper van. No issues.

Begs the question What Is Your Definition of "Strong RF"?
I hv had zero trouble operating 100w CW HF within 5 ft of my 2-100w panels and MPPT.
Vert antenna on ground mount. Solar is all Renogy made.
