The maping program STREETS-ON-A-DISK now has an APRS interface...

STREETS is a program that has been around for a long time and even pre-dated many of the GPS maping programs. It is used by a number of Counties in their Emergenciy Operations Centers as their maping data base. It is pricey at $99 for the program and $99 or so for the maps so it is probably not of interest to HAMS unless their EOC already uses STREETS for all their work. In this case, bringing APRS to STREETS is ideal.

The interface is a special version of APRSdos called APRS-sts which will run in a DOS window and provide the normal APRSdos communications
interface. The STREETS windows will provide all the map detail and
    Icons. Download APRS-sts from TAPR.

APRS-sts is a text only version of APRSdos that will run in a DOS window and will run in the background under WINDOWS. It is an easy way to use APRSdos with all of its good communications features in a Windows environment. But the lack of color and graphics is kinda blah.

See the STREETS.TXT file that comes with it.
