OK, I did a search of the forum .. apple / os/x mac logbook ... seems no posts are about Apples.

Does anyone use a Mac out here and if so, what software is available?

    tnx

Try Mac Logger DX. Yes, you have to pay for it. Yes, it's worth every penny. Yes, there is a free trial. The developer, Don Agro, is a Canadian ham and his program is considered by the Mac community to be "the Swiss Army knife of amateur radio software".

Try looking at Mac Ham Radio for more software especially written for the amateur using a Macintosh.

I tried Mac Logger. Similar to HRD but HRD Logbook seems more polished and better integrated. Maybe it is down to familiarity, I don't know. One thing I use is a live cluster feed which HRD Logbook displays in a pane but MacLogger doesn't do.

In the end, I decided to install Virtualbox, create a virtual PC with Windows XP on and use HRD on that.
