Not on AO-95. It never went into transponder mode. I'll try and find the pass on satnogs....
Is that pass in Zulu time? If yes, here are the closest two AO-95 observations that bookend that time:
Both show the sat in safe mode.
I never use UTC. I am in Winnipeg. CST.
I take ham radio with a grain of salt.
Just a hobby. I take my engineering practice and my apartment buildings seriously as they are businesses. I make money.
Ham Radio costs money.
Who really cares if I made a contact on a satellite. I heard other stations on AO95 as well. Big deal.
It actually is a big deal if you were able to make a contact on AO-95... as nobody else has been able to do it.
