Anybody remember Kevin?

Hello,
I don't know if this has been posted before, but Kevin Mitnick, the (in)famous hacker, is also a Ham.
His site, (run by his family) is here: http://www.kevinmitnick.com/home.html Seems the FCC
is about to take action against him. While his past misdeeds involve computers, they don't include
Radio. It seems a bit unfair, I think, to chastise him yet again for something he's allready being
punished for. He's up for renewal, and the FCC does not want to renew him. What do you all think?
