Any Tone AT-778UV remove a frequency manually

    I have had no problem putting frequencies in my new transceiver. I have one frequency that is mostly static 24/7 and very loud. I have to put the squelch at a ridiculously high setting. I would like to remove it. I can find nothing in the manual on removing any frequencies. If I scan the channels it locks on this one over and over.
    HELP!
