I'm starting to feel old considering my favorite has now been considered a classic for 12 years. 1987 Buick Grand National. (fond of the Monte Carlo SS of the same year, though I shouldn't probably even brought this up on a HR forum, lol) I'm the youngen here.

She stole a many a pick slips in her day even though she only ran a v6.

The Buick GN has plenty of potential. This highly-modified example runs WELL into the 8s at over 155 mph:

Even in stock form, they "get with the program" just fine. In 1984, turbocharged GNs pushed out 200hp. Each year after 1984, up to the final year of that style (1987), horsepower increased to an underrated 276. Actual horsepower was closer to 300. IMO. that's quite respectable. :)
