So based on what I'm seeing in there if there was North America award it would include central america.

There are 23 countries in North America :)

The are two continents, North America and South America. Central America and Carribean are regions of North America, not continents, much like Scandinavia is a region of Europe for example.

Of course. I'd say United States if I meant that.

A 'Master of North America' could be based on states and provinces, instead of countries.
This would give you up to 94 distinct entities to work.
I would add a proviso that having a 'Worked all States' does not automatically give you a 'M of NA', but would count towards it.
    • 49 x US continental states (including Alaska, excluding Hawaii)
    • 10 x Canadian provinces + 3 x territories
    • 32 x Mexican states

So far the QRZ team has put out the following awards based on ARRL continent and country definitions. I left out the multi-band dimension to keep things simple.
    • Master of Europe (67 countries)
    • Master of South America (31 countries)
If they continue this trend, we should see the following awards:
    • Master of North America (47 countries, including North and Central America + Caribbean)
    • Master of Africa (76 countries)
    • Master of Asia (55 countries)
    • Master of Oceania (64 countries)
It would be nice to see the WAZ (Worked all Zones) based on the CQ world map (40 zones) as well.
