I have a node and want to understand all the ins and outs of Wires X and Fusion. The instruction manual is OK but I get better results with walk though learning. Please let me know if you have found some helpful videos. Thanks and 73

I'm going to follow this post. I just bought a new Yaesu 8900 which is capable of wires-x and have absolutely no idea what it is!

I would recommend going to the Yaesu USA official YouTube Channel.

They have very thorough videos about exactly what you are asking.

Well, a good resource is this site.
Also Monday evenings on the Minnesota Wisconsin room(minnwis) there's a net for fusion questions that starts around 7:30 cst.
Not sure of your questions but I've run a simplex node off and on for the past couple of years.
Let us know if you have a particular question.

Kenneth, have a look at this link everything i know about wires-x and fusion c4fm i learnt from this fella stuart m0sgs, there is a lot of UK related stuff on the link but basically it covers wires-x and what is going on with the CQ-UK Room on wires-x.

    good luck
PS: also kenneth if you need to ask stuart anything about wires-x, he is reachable via email and he will reply and talk you through things.
