Wow, you really struggle to take yes for an answer don't you? And I've told you basically the same thing. ALC is meaningless in CW or FM modes and high ALC meter readings in constant carrier modes DOES NOT indicate over driving of your final amplifier and does not indicate a problem nor a damage risk. ALC metering is useless in CW mode, simply don't look at it until you switch to SSB or AM. I'm beginning to understand why earlier Yaesu rigs like my FT-902DM disabled ALC metering in CW and FM modes as apparently it really freaks out some hams. How many more times will you ask the same question before you believe what people are telling you?
