Of course, especially an 102 inch whip ball mount. it is pretty much a quarter wave antenna on 20 meters. I contacted Spain from Canada with 100 watts going 60mph last saturday. got a 57 report. I added a coil at the base to get better swr on 40 meters but it did not improve much. Works very well 20 meter up to 6 meters.

102 inch whip is a quarter wave on 10m, not 20m.

Match antennas to frequencies, not modes or service monikers. Antennas don't care what the frequency is called.

Yes you can use a 108" antenna. I now use a 108" antenna on my car with a antenna tuner. It is good from 10 mtr thru 40 mtr. It tunes on 75 mtr but is good locally only it is short for the band. I used other antennas but they broke off or were borrowed. the whip has been good now for about 6 years.
