    A lot of broadcast engineers are using drones for antenna, tx line and tower inspections now. Just remember to turn that 30 kW FM transmitter off before the bird enters the 100 kW ERP field. :oops:

    SUPER easy to get the basic cert. Just do it - it takes less than an hour and is required by law for all drone pilots regardless of drone class.

    I got it. It was really easy. Gonna get the commercial version soon. Just read and re-read the FAA course.
