I don't believe that's true. If everyone who was approached via email by the criminals were to speak up, I think that would show that it's not so.

I bet that we only ever hear from a small percentage of the 'would-be' victims.

I for one have never mentioned the several times I received an email from them. I just discard and move on, because I'm not an 'easy mark'. I have never posted my QRZ email address in the public forum and they still find me.
