We sadly informed the pass way of Andre Cavalcante Sampaio, PY0FF, Fernando de Noronha Archipelogue, SA-003, Brazil. It is an irreparable loss to sports ham radio. The Brazilian community of amateurs radio is in mourning. We wish family and friends resilience for the moment.

First hosted me on Fernando De Noronha in 1988 - Been a good friend ever since. Moved to the mainland in 2014 - currently active as PP6ZZ - He had been back to the island in February and was considering another visit before the end of 2020.
