This year 2017 marks the 25th anniversary of the 1992 Universal Exposition in Seville and 525 years since the discovery of America by Christopher Columbus, the main reason for the organization of this Universal Exhibition. To commemorate this important event, the sections of URE, URS Union of Radio Amateurs of Seville and URO Union Radio Orippo of Dos Hermanas, launch the following Special Award, for the participation of all licensed amateur radio or SWL from around the world. The contacts made in any mode or band from 80 meters to 10 meters with the special station AN92EXPO will be valid.
