We passed the act and did so swell,
and now you apply with your HOA
    We're the mighty ARRL,
that gave your antenna rights away.

    The HOA's are happy now
with us they have no beef,
so don't you have a blasted cow
that the Parity Act has no teeth.

We can say this is a win
    for us and Associations
just throw your applications in the bin.
    and give us your appreciation.

What? The HOAs were being unreasonable? How about all of the people that moved there because they want tight, military style rules? Aren't their rights being violated by those that don't want to abide by the CC&Rs and board member dictates that they agreed to abide with when they signed the contract to but the house?:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Thank you, Matt & Jim. My previous post #238 on this thread is only reinforced by your posting on HOAs .

If and when KJU moves to the US, I'm sure he will feel quite at home in such a place. ;)

As though people are dumb enough to not comprehend it or research it prior to making likely the single largest purchase in their lives. And yet they don't move out quickly. All 65 million of them must be oblivious. The builders building them do so without thinking how well they sell. Or how quickly...

Yea. Hams who have an unnatural and compelling need for big antennas are really smarter than anyone knew.

Let's see if we can contrive more horror stories on science fiction week.
