    You mean there is really no such thing as a free lunch?
    From the looks of most of the shack pictures people post, they have more than $35 invested in computer monitor cleaner wipes.

    Perhaps this $35 fee will discourage the practice of hoarding vanity callsigns.

    It will be interesting to see if that ends up being the case. I don’t think $35 will much of a deterrent to some of those guys.

    Does this cover applications for vanity calls only or does it go further to cover new and renewal licenses and/or upgrades?
