My ALS-600 was working great until one evening I turned it on at it was completely dead. Checked all 3 fuses and they all checked good. What is my next step?

What type of power supply do you have?

The ALS-600 has two possible available power supplies from Ameritron. One is linear and dumb as a rock, the other is switchmode and more efficient, but also much more complicated.

Outside of a quick "fire sale", troubleshooting ... see WIK above too.

If you have the Linear power supply there are 2 fuses on the board inside the power supply F601 and F602.

Maybe the ON/OFF switch on the Amp has gone bad. I'd also make sure the place where the AC power cord is being plugged in has AC power be it 120 or 240 VAC.

Myself, I'd take the cover off the power supply and use a meter to make sure AC power is being applied to the power supply. Maybe, the AC cord is old and defective now.

Switching power supply? Is 50V present? 12V regulator was my problem.

I guess this was a "hit & run" post, as the OP never returned.

... or he found something silly and doesn’t feel like getting roasted here.
