You need a picaxe chip! You will get 180.00 seconds, forever. No drifting. See my thread on this subject from last week.
No capacitors. Capacitors get old and drifty and lose their ability to remember time, (just like OMs).

 

Thank you very much for another suggestion. I am sure it is good thing but I am not in mood for that. I removed R8 of 560 Ohms and placed 270Ohm instead. Now, start up time is about 3 minutes and 30 seconds, so just fine.

I think I will just put the cover on and start to use this thing.
