    Regulations on the international diploma program club of radio amateurs aviators "Knights of the sky" "AIRPORTS OF GREAT PEOPLE" The International Amateur Radio Club "Knights of the sky", to popularize the history of aviation among club members and among radio amateurs around the world, established the international diploma program «Airports of Great People Award» (abbreviated AGPA). This is a fifth diploma in this series, the club’s council approved a diploma on the International Airport Kemerovo, named after Alexei Leonov who was a Soviet and Russian cosmonaut, Air Force major general, writer, and artist. On 18 March 1965, he became the first human to conduct a spacewalk, exiting the capsule during the Voskhod 2 mission for 12 minutes and 9 seconds. In July 1975, Leonov commanded the Soyuz capsule in the Soyuz–Apollo mission, which docked in space for two days with an American Apollo capsule. Terms of the AGPA Diploma - Alexei Leonov: QSO’s to diploma count from December 1, 2019. You must get 100 scores. The members of the «Knights of the Sky» club give 10 scores. QSO with amateur radio representatives from Kemerovo city and Kemerovo region gives 5 scores. Repeated QSO’s with the same member of the club "Knights of the sky" are counted only on different bands and modes, repeated QSOs on the same bands and modes only on different dates.     I think Dave has it correct. If a group here in the US were putting together requirements for a certificate we sure wouldn't want outsiders telling us how to run the program, and they shouldn't.
    There is a simple cure if you have a problem with Vitaly and his certificate...MOVE ON.

    Dear radio amateurs!
    The idea for the AGPA program belongs to EV6C. I am the manager of this program. We want to draw the attention of radio amateurs to the history of world aviation and together with these to all great people of all times and peoples. I believe that this topic will be interesting to everyone. And this forum is a testament to this. 73!
