I created an ADIF file in N3JFP AC Log and importd it into QRZ. Of the 19K records, most failed. The failure message is:
Error 18277. Error on record: 4B0T de BOB on 2023-02-25 21:20:00. could not be imported into the specified book (). This can happen because the callsign doesnt match or the QSOs date/time is outside of the logbooks date range.

    My QRZ listed dates are:
    Start Date: 1957-01-01
    End Date: 2024-12-05
Is this possibly a field format issue? I noticed the ADIF file format dor date is: <QSO_Date:8>19600227
Any suggestions on what the issue is?

Look at your file in ADIFMaster. A free program. Looks like BOB might be entered in the STATION_CALLSIGN field instead of your call.
That said, you may also have issues loading with a call you used in 1960 or whatever into a log for KD6C which is a "new" callsign.

I followed your instructions and checked with ASDIFMaster. Downloaded a new one with fields fixed and good to go now. Thanks for the guidance.
