Not sure if it is okay to post here regarding this, but going to give it a shot. I signed up as a QRZ user before I received my call sign. I got caught up waiting for it during the government shut down. I have not been able to add it to my account. I have read through the FAQs, tried following the instructions, but it doesn't work. Maybe I am just missing something. I also do not see a way to actually contact QRZ support. I just keep getting kicked back to the same place again and again. Any suggestions??
Put in a ticket here explaining what you need done: https://ssl.qrz.com/support QRZ staff are very helpful. Ronnie NZ4X
As @NZ4X pointed out, you need to submit a support ticket at https://ssl.qrz.com/support requesting a callsign and user name change from FLOWERCHIK1 to whatever your new callsign is. Be sure to include a PDF or JPG copy of your amateur radio license to help with the process. Once you receive notification that it has been completed, log out and then log back in using your new callsign as your username but with the same password you previously used. This is a routine request and should only take a few hours to complete once you submit the support ticket.
