Hi folks - my account is registered under my Singapore callsign 9V1SA. I have a number of other callsigns that I manage, including G4MRE for my UK remote station. I have recently been granted a reciprocal callsign for use in Malaysia 9M2/G4MRE and I am wondering how to add this to my account.

When I go to add a prefix the system assumes I want to add it to 9V1SA and there's no option to select one of my other callsigns (see screenshot attached). I have also tried adding 9M2/G4MRE as an additional managed callsign but that is rejected as an invalid call. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Please submit a support ticket at https://ssl.qrz.com/support requesting that the 9M2/G4MRE callsign be added to your account as a managed callsign.

Thank you - for anyone facing similar issue here is how I was able to resolve this:
1 When I log in normally my account is aligned to my primary callsign 9V1SA so if I use the add a prefix figure it assumes I want to do that to my primary callsign
2 However if I go to the page for my secondary callsign G4MRE and then click edit there is an option "Add Special Suffix / Prefix Callsign"
3 If I add my new prefix there it comes out correctly and I am also able to create a logbook for 9M2/G4MRE
