Since his trip to Barbados when he was only 22, Chris Billings has wanted to get back to this Caribbean island. Now in retirement and with a long bucket list to check off, Chris WA7RAR finally made it back to Barbados with his Parks on the Air ham radio gear in tow. In fact, his portable radio activation trip is becoming an annual tradition.
