    I saw this video earlier today and I thought I'd share as others might find it interesting. The primary focus in the video is how SOS became the universal distress signal but it also includes some trivia on the history of emergency communications by radio, such as how as technology evolved that standards were set for voice and digital modes on top of established rules for radiotelegraphy.
