At Noon on Jan. 27, 2004 WB9ULN Charlie "Chuckles The Clown" Willer Passed on to heaven. He was a great man, friend and ham. WB9ULN was well known around the Fort Wayne, IN community as a local DJ for radio stations, and was the founder of Jugglers Annonymous. I had been introduced to him some 2.75 years ago when I first got my license. He was always willing to lend a hand when needed. Charlie; You will be sorely missed by friends, family, and the Amateur Radio community alike.
