Thanks.. you are a bit far for ground wave at 717 miles... I'm typically good for 250-300 miles GW on most quiet days... We should begin to see pronounced daytime skywave as we transition into late Fall and Winter...

ATTN: Western OPS, please note the GWEN time change to 1900z, 12 p.m. Mountain, 11 a.m. Pacific, each weekend. This puts all western operators well into daylight for reliable ground wave activity at the same time as those east of them. If you transmit, please make note of your activity on Slack #khz or note your activity here as you see fit. All transmission reports matter. If you have a reception report, including "nothing heard," please post it on Slack #khz or here as you see fit. All reception reports matter. Please encourage any 630m operators local to you to check in, and please ask any interested local low band operators to listen for you. All activity matters. Thanks!
