    Hi om's im attented buy a 50w 4m 70mhz amp .
The amplifier uses BLW60 transistor which due to datasheets is rated to max 100w.
Is It possible to replace the BLW60 with MRF150 ?
And if it is how much More pwr would i get . ? Or do i get any4hing?
    I use 13.8v powersupply . And yes i know that MRF 150 is a 50v final.

Seems like you have double-posted . . . but in case you missed my previous reply:

Just because you use a Transistor with a bigger MAXIMUM power rating doesn't mean you will get more power output.

You would need more Gain (which the device MAY have) . . . and you may also need to alter the output circuit to get more power.
