we have the modification complete, and it works. Atleast no more Glitching. Now if I can just FIX the other stuff that don't work I can reinstall it all and try again.
Almost worked! changed the logic Resistors on the Start and Stop RS FlipFlop from 91Ks to 4.7Ks. Maybe it won't be so sensitive now. Also added more gates set up as buffers and inverters to buffer logic on the way to relay switches. But it is time to go to Visalia,so no work till after the DX Convention
