Should 2-Factor Authentication be good for longer than 30 days on QRZ ?

Thanks Fred and the gang for all your efforts.

I use several devices, all my own, to access QRZ, and it's getting to be a real pain to auth. every device every 30 days. Is there a way to 2FA any/all devices for longer than 30 days? Can you please offer a 1 year option?

    Cheers! Chris - NI7I

Maybe I put this in the wrong category.

    Maybe.

Making it one year would defeat its purpose.

QRZ is not top secret for me.

Lots of orgs, including Microsoft, use 2FA and never have I seen one that's as short as 30 days. If I'm logging in from the same 3-4 devices, cookies dictate that I've already 2FA'ed on them, unless I clear cookies. 30 days would be like an SSL certificate expiring every 30 days. It's just obscenely short.

    I agree.

It is what it is. That is one reason I do not use 2FA on this website.

You may want to contact Fred about this. He is the man to make changes like this.

I think you can disable it if you like. That works for me. I have other ways to track / Find impostors. :)

    Have Fun.
