200W 30M amp

    The AL-811 would be fine I drive mine with 20 W and get almost 200W out . AL-811H works fine on 30M as well.

    Why not just adjust the 20/30m input tuning? $1.99 plastic hex alignment tool and 30 seconds. I did that without even monitoring input SWR; I just used a rig to drive it and watched Ig once output was peaked on each band, and set the tuning for a balance where I could achieve 200mA Ig on 20m and maybe 100mA Ig on 30m and left it there.

    Amp now runs about 1.5:1 input SWR on 20m (800W output) and 3:1 input SWR on 30m (200W output) and all that took about a minute. My rigs can drive it just fine on 30m.
