20/9 ARC Hamfest returns to Youngstown Ohio July 12th.

The 20/9 Radio Club (K8TKA) will be having its second hamfest at the Austintown Senior Center Saturday July 12th, FREE ADMISSON, Indoor and Outdoor spaces are only $5 each, first come first serve on the indoor ones. The facility is clean and working, three large rooms, two set of restrooms, and WiFi will be available for those with Card readers. In the past the 20/9 held the event at the Canfield Fairgrounds, and then eventually moved to what is now the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, rising costs made the risk too great for the returns along with a lot of work for some. We went on a hiatus for ten years and with the passing of long time chairman Don Stoddard KI8SS previously N8LNE, but with our new meeting location and the full support of the building management we could offer a hamfest that had low costs and drew in more people who might not normally come out to an electronic swapmeet.

We are still growing come out and join us 7PM at 112 Westchester Drive second Tuesday of every month.
