DALTON AMATEUR RADIO CLUB,(GA) writes "The Dalton Amateur Radio Club of North Georgia will hold their annual hamfest on Feb.24th.

Located off exit 333 of I-75, It's a easy drive from everywhere. With new license rules in effect, the new general and higher classes should be out in droves to see the latest equipment as well as a bargain on good used radios.

Most of the Major vendors from around the country show up and the tailgate area is one of the best in the state. There is a great food consession and access to lodging and restaurants surround the fair grounds.

Being the First Hamfest also helps to get the "wheels turning" towards fixing up the shack and shaking off cabin fever.
Make it a point to come visit us this year!
