1. 17m is a shared band with government/military users. 2. I didn't hear the signal at my QTH or on any web sdr's. 3. Started out wide as heck, over time it got narrower. Before it went off the air, it appeared as a narrow band of RF noise. I didn't get an image of it unfortunately at that time. Maybe working on the TXR? Thanks for the info though! 73 Kriss KA1GJU
