Palmer in Arizona, the ARRL and FCC have his complete address, phone number, to include his equipment because he opened his big mouth and I documented it, when you going to bring this illegal before a Federal Judge FCC? What do you folks think about this Malicious activity? Have you done documenting/recordings and sent that info. in, did you get a response from the Mr. Big's? 10 Meters is a splendid band, if the FCC doesn't enforce, we, as Ham's should, MUF with RTTY, Keyer's, Morse and Carrier."
