What commercial radios are you aware of that are available for the 220mhz ham band? Hand held, mobile, base, etc.? Any of that cool DMR stuff? 73!

If you search the FCC OET Authorization search web site you will find 82 grants for part 90 equipment that operate on 220-222 MHz, 67 grants for part 90 equipment that operates on 216-220 MHz and 24 grants for part 95 equipment that operates on 216-220 MHz. You will have to look at each one to see if they are regular 2-way radios, radio modems or other products.

To me, "commercial" means a commercial entity built and sold them, doesn't necessarily imply service beyond amateur radio.

Bridgecom has hand helds, mobile rigs, and repeaters for 222 MHz. I think those are "commercial."
