Now serving as a tourist destination, this former prison once was housed some of the most notorious inmates in all of the country. This ominous gothic structure, built in 1876, stopped being an active prison in 1995 and has since been a historic tourist attraction in Moundsville, West Virginia

We are on E D T during the summer, and that means only FOUR hours difference in UTC.

Which means 1400-2100 UTC is actually 10 AM to 5 PM E D T

Or, do you mean 1300 - 2000 UTC and 9 AM to to 4 PM E D T

Please clarify.
