ARRL Bulletins in PSK ?

    k3ng writes "Currently the ARRL broadcasts daily bulletins in CW, RTTY, and voice. PSK31 has become very popular. It is a robust digital mode that is very efficient. It is easy to start operating PSK (all you need is a computer with a sound card and a rig) and it's fun.

    I believe the ARRL should get caught up with technology and offer a PSK31 broadcast of its daily bulletins. What do you think ?"
