You can follow the Naval Academy's annual running of the Army/Navy Gameball from USNA to Baltimore Fri afternoon (noon to 6 PM) on:

    Callsign is FBALL.

Over 21 midshipmen in the USNA Radio Club provide the voice/data/GPS
communications along the route. In addition, throughout the weekend the mids will be operating a "special event" station using the USNA HAM radio Club Station in 7th wing (just above the Post Office) to contact Friends and Alumni throughtout the world (and keep them informed of the score!).

Look for them on the usual bands. I do NOT know their planned freqs. If you want to know this, contact
    Mike Warnis KF4PVN

    Bob Bruninga, WB4APR

    USNA Satellite Lab

P.S. Normally the run takes over 18 hours overnight to get to
Philadelphia or New Jersey with 2 mids running every 2 miles. This year it will be a much shorter event only to Baltimore.
