    UNADILLA ON HOLD

The owners of UNADILLA (our parents) passed away earlier this year and we are heading into probate.
Our hope is the heirs can work together and complete the transfer to the new owner(s) as soon as possible.

We know many have relied on UNADILLA products over the years for their quality. It should also be noted that the new owner(s) will be maintaining the same manufacturing process and materials here in the US though they will be much more agile in doing so.

We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and look forward to passing the torch with a formal announcement shortly.

Thank you for your understanding and your continued interest in these great products my father was so proud of making.

Best of luck and thank you for the information. And very sorry for the loss of your parents. Never easy.

Ralph H. Jannini III, KA1FAA of Andover, Massachusetts, was the owner of Unadilla.
Mr. Jannini passed away on January 1, 2019.
Ralph (also known as ‘Sookie’ to many of us) was born December 30, 1932.

In May of 1977, the James Millen Manufacturing Company, closed their doors.
The James Millen Company was sold off into three separate organizations:
Caywood Electronics, Inc., MuShield Company, and Electronic Instruments & Specility Corp.
In 1987 Mr. R.H. Caywood, former Millen Chief Engineer, sold his company to Mr. Ralph Jannini, KA1FAA, and added the name James Millen Electronics.
After Ralph purchased Caywood, he also renewed the Millen name and trademark and advertised in the Amateur Radio Catalogs and Resource Directories published by the American Radio Relay Leaque (ARRL). In addition to his Millen work, Ralph operates the Unadilla Antenna Manufacturing Company and Andover Books.
