It is with a heavy heart we announce that my father, John Gelety K3TTT went SK unexpectedly on 10.11.2021. My father's interest in the hobby was lifelong beginning with his time in the Air Force but really came about in the past five years after his retirement when he and I both actively pursued our Technician licenses. He quickly surpassed me and achieved his Extra in 2018. He loved his time in the hobby and was an active member in the local CMARC club in Bloomsburg, PA serving recently as the club's Secretary. My son is currently attending West Virginia University and a member of the universities radio club and now hopes to achieve his Technician certification and inherit his grandfather's call sign. 73, Bob WV7TRT
