Worked J5T yesterday afternoon on 20 SSB. I was running about 300 watts into a very modest tri band yagi. Excellent operator on the other end to copy my west coast station through the "all USA" pileup. Once he worked me in Oregon he gave other west coast stations a chance by listening for only 6s and 7s.

Yesterday J5T was in for over an hour at over S9 on 21.320 into the Pac Northwest.

Working J5T on 15 ssb was much easier yesterday with a resonant antenna as opposed to my earlier 17 meter SSB qso where it was a struggle when using my antenna tuner loaded 15 meter moxon on 17.

In fact 15 and 12 meters have resulted in all of the major african dx-peditions this month using ssb or cw along with some Ft8 early on in the month but for the past 2 weeks signals have been SSB quality to Africa on 15/12 and I even had S01WS in on 12 SSB at well over S9 for over an hour past weeks.

Unfortunately I have not heard any African DX on 10 meters but 10 has been very good to South America and to the south Pacific on SSB and CW and even some Southern Mexico and PY stations in from South America on 29.6MHz FM.
