Special JOTA message to Scouts of the World  

The Secretary General of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, dr Eduardo Missoni, will speak to all Scouts world-wide and give them a message.This broadcast is done live from the World Scout Bureau in Geneva by HB9S on:

Saturday 15 October at 15:00 h GMT

You can listen to it:
- on short-wave radio at 14.290 MHz and 7.090 MHz
- on Echolink by connecting to HB9S or a JOTA conference server
- on a number of local VHF repeater stations connected to HB9S (see here for details)

After the broadcast, a number of Scout stations can call in to have a 2-way conversation with Eduardo.
