    RULES:
    “ATCC OWLS X-MAS 2010”- mini-contest
    1. Founders: Amateur Tosno Contest Club
    2. Date: 2010-12-25
    3. Time: from 17:00 till 19:00 UTC, by 12 tours of 10 minutes,
    duplicate QSO allowed only in different periods.
    1st period (17:00:00-17:09:59; 17:10:00-17:19:59; 17:20:00-17:29:59;
    17:30:00-17:39:59; 17:40:00-17:49:59; 17:50:00-17:59:59 UTC)- 7.010-7.030 KHz.
    2nd periods (18:00:00-18:09:59; 18:10:00-18:19:59; 18:20:00-18:29:59;
    18:30:00-18:39:59; 18:40:00-18:49:59; 18:50:00-18:59:59 UTC).- 3.510-3.550 KHz.
    4. Bands: 40 and 80MTRs, according to the IARU Contest Band Plan.
    5. Mode: only CW.
    6. Calling practice in the contest:
    All amateur stations: CQ ATCC TEST.
    7. Categories:
    A. SOMB (40/80M)-member ATCC- any power;
    B. SOSB (40M)-member ATCC- any power;
    C. SOSB (80M)-member ATCC-any power;
    D. MOMB (40/80M)-member/ not member ATCC-Single TX- any power;
    E. SOMB (40/80M)-not member ATCC-any power;
    F. SOSB (40M)-not member ATCC-any power;
    G. SOSB (80M)-not members ATCC-any power;
    H. SWL (40/80M)-Single RX.
    8. Numbers exchange:
    Members of ATCC send character report consisting of a signal report RST
    Plus a (one-three digit) number your member of ATCC. For example: 599 3; 599 87; 599 120.
    Other stations send character report consisting of a signal report RST plus a not member.
    For example: 599 NM.
    9. Participants: All amateurs around the world.
    10. Points:
    Each QSO gives 1 point.
    11. Multipliers:
    Each different number a member of ATCC on each band gives 1 point for multipliers.
    SWL have multipliers also.
    12. Final score:
    The total number of QSO points on all bands times the total number of multipliers worked on all bands.
    13. E-logs. Plain text and Cabrillo format prefered. Send as attached fill to: atcc-owls@rambler.ru
    14. Awards:
    Certificates all participants who have sent logs will receive E-mailed “Virtual Certificates”
    15. Deadline:
    All logs must be E-mailed to: atcc-owls@rambler.ru no later than, 2010-12-31
