As someone that’s never used amplification? I appreciate the comparison between 100W barefoot at the SDR to when the amp is in line. Overall, the device seems quite intuitive to setup and use. Nice station, and thanks for the content.

I've owned this amp for about a month and a half. Very easy to set up and interfaces with my Flex to change bands along with the radio. Nothing to do but hit the power button. I've been very happy with it.
The next step would be to try to remotely control this amplifier. They say that with the RS232 Null Modem cable you can do this with software. I'm waiting for this cable if I can do this, I will make a video for youtube so that all of you who are interested in doing this can see how it can be done
Hola Paco. Un vídeo muy interesante. Efectivamente, los ventiladores hacen mucho ruido. Seguramente un micro omnidireccional, o uno direccional mal preamplificado, captaría ese rumor y resultaría molesto a nuestros interlocutores oírnos con esa "musiquita de fondo". Afortunadamente no es tu caso; no se escuchaba ese rumor mientras hacías las pruebas. No nos has hablado sobre si la temperatura que alcanza este equipo es comparable al de válvulas, aunque me imagino que el de válvulas supera con creces al transistorizado. Así que espero un segundo vídeo en el que nos expliques esos temas pendientes que mencionas y que piensas desarrollar próximamente y divulgar por tus canal de youtube. Vale, Paco. Generalmente no me gusta perder mi tiempo mirando unos videos, pero esta vez tu opinión sobre cable de la alimentación me hace sentir que el video vale la pena a verlo. De verdad. Lo que sera que es, gracias por la reseña.
Correcto, el tema del ventilador para el que tenga un microfono o use un microfono amplificado es un poco molesto, pero si usas un microfono que no recoga sonido de ambiente todo sera correcto jejeje
