    If he uses that feature a tab will show on his main bio page. If that tab doesn't show then it means he has chosen not to participate.

    How do I turn or off web logs? I have the feature and I like it but I don't know how I got it .

    Go to your QRZ account settings. You can turn it off there. See below

    Post #6 above has a screen graphic showing exactly where you turn on your web log function
