Should I still work zones 3,4,5? Some guys give you the zone, others ignore you or tell you DX only.

Contacts between stations in the same country have zero (0) QSO point value, but count for zone and country multiplier credit.

So they have ZERO value and don't contribute to your score?

 

Just to make things more challenging...a CME has hit.

 

You need the zones and don't forget our country on all bands. Don't worry about ruffling anybody's feathers. They would do it in a heartbeat if they needed the mults. Usually you can work Canada for 3,4, and 5, but not always depending on the band.
