After many years of positive selling with QRZ'd, I now have a seller that has told me: "I do not accept returns. I am sorry that this happened but your recourse is through the US Postal Service and not with me." He was the shipper, and the only one that can make a USPS claim. I have asked him Nicely, if we can work this out as fellow hams, and I have heard nothing back from him. Is there a place to report this Bad Seller... Thanks and 73' Darrell N7ZRZ
